At Spill The Tea Sis Apothecary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical blends and wellness products. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our apothecary.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to the return address listed on your RMA form.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
